Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and delivery typically takes 5-7 business days within the U.S.  We do not ship internationally at this time.

5. Are your mugs and glassware microwave and dishwasher-safe?

Most of our mugs and glassware are microwave and dishwasher-safe unless stated otherwise in the product description. Please check the care instructions for each item.

6. Are your products eco-friendly?

Yes! Many of our products, such as glassware and tumblers with bamboo lids, are designed with sustainability in mind.

7. Do you offer personalized or custom designs?

At this time, we do not offer customization. However, stay tuned for future updates!

8. What should I do if my product arrives broken or damaged?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll send a replacement or process a refund.

9. Can I return an item if I change my mind?
