Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: Yes! Free standard shipping is available on all U.S. orders over $25. No code required—just sip and save.

Q: Where do you ship?

A: We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon!

 Returns & Exchanges

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: Due to the handmade and custom nature of many Roomshion products, all sales are final. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re happy to help!

Q: What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

A: Contact us within 3 days of delivery at roomshioncrafts@gmail.com and include your order number and clear photos. We’ll make it right.

Bundles & Promotions

Q: Can I use discount codes on bundles?

A: Roomshion bundles are already discounted, so most additional codes won’t apply. However, qualifying orders still receive free shipping.

To keep your Roomshion products beautiful and long-lasting, follow the care instructions below:

 Frosted Glass Mugs (with Bamboo Lid & Glass Straw)

• Hand wash only
• Do not microwave
• Avoid soaking the lid; wipe clean and air dry
• Clean straws with included brush

Wave Glass Cups (14 oz Ripple Style)

• Hand wash recommended
• Glass is dishwasher safe, bamboo lid and straws are not
• Do not microwave lid

 Ceramic Mugs

• Microwave and dishwasher safe
• Hand wash recommended for longer-lasting color or detail
• Do not place over open flame

 Gold Stirring Spoons

• Hand wash only
• Avoid abrasive cleaners to maintain shine
• Dry immediately to prevent spots

Sublimation Coasters (Round & Square)

• Spot clean or gently hand wash
• Do not soak or put in dishwasher
• Keep away from prolonged heat or water

 Sublimation Bookmarks

• Wipe with a dry cloth only
• Store flat; avoid scratching or moisture
• Tassels are decorative—keep dry for best results
